This promotion is conducted by Iron Ridge Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as DINGO ("Promoter").
Promotion Period
Opens: 20 August 2026 – 6:00 PM AEST (store launch)
Closes: 15 October 2026 – 6:00 PM AEDT (exactly 8 weeks after launch)
Late entries will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, except where prohibited by law.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their country or jurisdiction.
How to Enter
To enter:
- Post a photo or video of you and your DINGO product on Instagram.
- Tag @dingo_au and include #DINGO in your post.
- You will automatically be entered into the draw.
Posts must be public for the duration of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Spam, duplicate accounts or automated entries may be removed.
Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive one (1) MacBook Neo, valued at AUD $1,049.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
The draw will occur within 7 days of the Promotion closing.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by Instagram Direct Message and/or email.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Shipping
The Promoter will cover standard international shipping costs.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other government fees payable in the recipient's country are the responsibility of the winner.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants.
Fraudulent, automated or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to their information being used for administering the promotion and receiving marketing emails from DINGO.
Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow DINGO to announce their first name, country and Instagram username for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
Permits & Australian Trade Promotion Law
This promotion is a game of chance (winner selected by random draw, not by judged merit). Under Australian law, trade promotions of this kind may require a permit in certain states depending on the total prize pool value.
The total prize pool for this promotion is AUD $1,049 (the retail value of one MacBook Neo). On this basis:
- New South Wales: no permit is required (threshold: total prize pool exceeding AUD $10,000).
- Australian Capital Territory: no permit is required (threshold: total prize pool exceeding AUD $3,000).
- South Australia: no permit is required (threshold: total prize pool exceeding AUD $5,000).
No trade promotion permit is required in any Australian state or territory for this promotion.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

- Follow @dingo_au on Instagram.
- Tag one (1) friend in the official giveaway post.
Each comment tagging a different person counted as an additional entry. Spam, duplicate accounts or automated entries were removed.
Prize
There were two (2) winners. Each winner received the complete DINGO Launch Collection and AUD $500, paid via bank transfer, Wise or PayPal (or equivalent currency where applicable).
Total prize pool value varied depending on the final retail value of the Launch Collection. The prize was not redeemable for other merchandise.
Winner Selection
Two winners were selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closed. The draw occurred on 30 July 2026.
Winner Notification
Winners were contacted by Instagram Direct Message and/or email. If a winner could not be contacted or failed to claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserved the right to conduct a redraw.

Early Access First Order Promotion
The first eligible order successfully placed during the DINGO Early Access launch will receive a refund of the total amount paid for that order, up to a maximum of $500 AUD.
The first order will be determined by the order timestamp recorded by DINGO’s ecommerce platform. The promotion is limited to one customer and one order only. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Orders that are cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, placed for resale purposes, or otherwise determined by DINGO to be ineligible will not qualify. If the first recorded order is deemed ineligible, the promotion may be awarded to the next eligible order.
The maximum refund available under this promotion is $500 AUD, regardless of the total value of the qualifying order.
