DINGO LAUNCH GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Iron Ridge Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as DINGO ("Promoter").

Promotion Period

Opens:
1 July 2026 – 7:00 PM AEST

Closes:
29 July 2026 – 7:00 PM AEST

Late entries will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older, except where prohibited by law.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their country or jurisdiction.

How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Join the official DINGO email list.
  2. Follow @dingo_au on Instagram.
  3. Tag one (1) friend in the official giveaway post.

Each comment tagging a different person counts as an additional entry.

Spam, duplicate accounts or automated entries may be removed.

Prize

There will be two (2) winners.

Each winner will receive:

  • The complete DINGO Launch Collection.
  • AUD $500, paid via bank transfer, Wise or PayPal (or equivalent currency where applicable).

Total prize pool value will vary depending on the final retail value of the Launch Collection.

The prize is not redeemable for other merchandise.

Winner Selection

Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.

The draw will occur on 30 July 2026.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by Instagram Direct Message and/or email.

Winners will be publicly announced at DINGO's public launch on 20 August 2026.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Shipping

The Promoter will cover standard international shipping costs.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other government fees payable in the recipient's country are the responsibility of the winner.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants.

Fraudulent, automated or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to their information being used for administering the giveaway and receiving marketing emails from DINGO.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow DINGO to announce their first name, country and Instagram username for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
